    Product Overview

    These PHA granules are produced via Biohybrid™ fermentation using plant oils and atmospheric CO₂, delivering a carbon-negative, fully bio-based polymer. Certified for industrial, home and marine composting, they offer a sustainable alternative to traditional plastics.

    1. Environmental protection and sustainability
      -100% Bio-based: The raw materials are vegetable oil and carbon dioxide, reducing reliance on fossil resources.
      -Global degradation: Completely degraded into CO₂ and water in all environments such as the ocean, soil, freshwater, industrial/family composting, etc., without any microplastic residues remaining.
      -Low-carbon Footprint: In the production process, 90% of the carbon sources come from plants, while 10% are fixed as carbon dioxide, contributing to the goal of carbon neutrality.
    2. Outstanding performance
      -High temperature resistance: The maximum heat distortion temperature is up to 148°C, suitable for high-temperature scenarios (such as packaging for hot beverages).
      -Gas barrier property: Excellent barrier performance against water vapor, oxygen and CO₂, prolonging the shelf life of food.
      -Mechanical properties are balanced: it combines rigidity (tensile modulus 1940 MPa) and toughness (impact resistance strength ≥130 kJ/m²), being resistant to cracking and bending.
      -Skin-friendly and antibacterial: The pH value of the fiber products is 6.4, close to that of human skin. The natural antibacterial rate exceeds 90% (GB/T 20944.3-2008).

      -Biobased Certification: TUV Austria, USDA 100% Biobased Certification.
      -Degradation Certification: OK Ocean/Water/Soil Degradation, Industrial/Home Composting, in line with international standards such as EU No. 10/2011.

    • Hard packaging: Electronic product packaging, gift boxes, and packaging for high-end hats.
    • Soft packaging: Supermarket shopping bags, takeout bags, milk tea/coffee bags.
    • Paper-plastic composite coating: Disposable paper cups, food packaging paper (such as fast food boxes, packaging for daily necessities).
    • Diningware Series: Disposable knives, forks and spoons, dinner plates, cup lids, beverage bottle caps.
    • Syringe solution: Straight tube suction pipe, elbow suction pipe.
    • Spunbond/Hot Air Nonwoven Fabric: Clothing fabrics, canvas bags, shopping bags.
    • Biodegradable agricultural film, seedling containers
    • Injection/molding products / Blow molding products: Industrial components, 3D printing materials, daily-use product casings.
