    Product Introduction

    Blowing Agent H, also widely known as DNPT, is a high-efficiency organic nitrogen-based blowing agent specifically engineered for the rubber and polymer processing industries. It serves as a critical additive in the manufacturing of porous and cellular structures, providing a consistent and controllable gas release during the processing cycle. DNPT is highly valued for its ability to produce a uniform cell structure in finished goods, making it a standard choice for applications requiring lightweight and resilient materials. As a versatile foaming medium, Blowing Agent H is compatible with a wide range of elastomers and thermoplastic resins.

     
    Applications

    Rubber Foaming Agent

    This product is primarily utilized as a primary blowing agent in the production of sponge rubber, shoe soles (EVA/Rubber blends), and thermal insulation gaskets.

    Plastic Blowing Agent

    It is widely applied in the extrusion and injection molding of PVC, PE, and PP to create lightweight plastic parts with improved buoyancy and reduced material costs.

    Cable Insulation Additive

    DNPT is used to produce foamed insulation layers for communication cables and coaxial lines, ensuring excellent dielectric properties and weight reduction.

    The standard industrial packaging options for Blowing Agent H include:

    • 25kg composite paper bags with inner PE liners to ensure moisture protection.

    • 25kg fiber drums for enhanced stability during long-distance international shipping.

    • 500kg or 1000kg bulk bags (supersacks) designed for large-scale industrial consumption.

    • Customized packaging solutions can be provided by Chemfine upon specific request.

     
    Storage

    To maintain product stability and safety, Blowing Agent H must be stored in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated warehouse. It should be kept strictly away from heat sources, sparks, open flames, and direct sunlight. Ensure the containers are tightly sealed when not in use. It must be stored separately from strong acids, strong alkalis, and oxidizing agents to prevent unwanted chemical reactions.
