Partially Hydrolyzed Guar Gum PHGG with High Dietary Fiber

Partially Hydrolyzed Guar Gum (PHGG), also known as Guarfiber G, is a natural soluble dietary fiber derived from guar beans (guar gum) via controlled enzymatic hydrolysis and purification. It features high dietary fiber content (≥80.00%), low viscosity, excellent water solubility and prebiotic properties, making it a versatile functional food additive.

PHGG is produced through a standardized, food-safe manufacturing process: Guar gum is enzymatically hydrolyzed with hemicellulase at 50°C for 8 hours, combined with UHT sterilization (130°C, 30s), followed by purification, high-temperature drying at 185-190°C and metal detection to ensure final product safety, consistency and purity. It is widely used in food, beverage, health product, pet food and infant nutrition industries, fully complying with global food safety regulations.
